Beef with Soy Sauce Recipe

I love my father.. he is the king in my heart.. You know what.. I have to always take care of his stomach, because it sensitive to chilli. What?? Chilli?? Yes Chilli!!! He should avoid to eat food that have chilli inside. If he eat food with chilli, he will have stomach ache...

So what should I cook for my king today?

I found meat in my freezer....

I found soy sauce...

So..???

I will cook special meat with soy sauce for my dad!!!!

Lets start with the ingredient :D

300gm beef
1 onion (sliced)
3 garlic (smashed!!)
3 slice ginger
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
a little bit of salt, turmeric powder, white pepper powder, and black pepper

Ok... how to cook it?? Lets start it!!

1. Slice the beef + wash

2. Marinade beef with salt + turmeric powder

3. Cook the beef with full of water in a pan.. until the beef become tender (add more water if still not tender)

4. After the beef tender, remove the water and fried the beef a few minutes with oil

5. Then add the onion, garlic, and ginger

6. Stir until the onion soft

7. Then add the oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, white pepper powder, and black pepper

8. Stir all together... taste it... Delicious???? OK DONE!!!!

Pssttt... if you want it taste spicy.. you can add slice of chilli.. but not for my dad.. haha..

Steamed Chocolate Moist Cake Recipe

Chocolate... Who doesn't love chocolate? Everybody love chocolate from baby, children, teenagers, mother, father, grandma, and grandpa.



Including me!! I love chocolate so so so much. My eyes will be as big as egg and my heart will glow and grow like flower in the early morning and bling bling when I saw chocolate. As easy as to say is I'm the Chocolate Ghost!!!!

One of the person in my life that really love Chocolate cake but not chocolate, remember that, not chocolate but she love chocolate cake. Thus it sound weird? Yes, it is weird but its true. She is my lovely mother. She love Chocolate Cake so much, especially the bitter chocolate cake.

Whenever she saw Chocolate Cake in the bakery shop. She absolutely buy a cut of the cake and enjoy it. How sweet of her, as sweet as chocolate. I love you mom.

The best chocolate cake that I had ever bake for my mom and she love it so so so much is the Steamed Chocolate Moist Cake. The recipe is so simple, and its given by my best friend while we had some gossip girl in the office.

The recipe is so simple as 1 2 and 3 ;D

1 cup coco powder
1 3/4 flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate

1 cup sugar
3 eggs

1 cup water
1 cup oil


The ingredients is so easy peasy to find, and once all the ingredients is ready, lets start to do the cake!!!

Mix all the dry ingredients together (coco powder, flour, baking powder, and bicarbonate) in a bowl.

Then, in other bowl mix the sugar and eggs. Whisk them until the sugar "disappear". Then, add water and oil.

Add it all to the dry ingredients and mix all together.

Greasing the cake tin and pour all the mix ingredients. Cover with plastic so that water will not get in the cake while steamed.

Steamed it in the steamer for 1 hour and don't open it before 1 hour.

After 1hour poke the cake with knife. If the knife come out clean, it means the cake is ready!!!

Let the cake rest for a few minutes before you can cut and eat eat eat it.

The cake will be sooooo moist and nice for you to eat.

Sea Bass Steamed with Lemon Recipe

You are in the DIET mood? and trying to avoid fried food? Why don't you try my simple sea bass steamed. It is good for your diet, and most important is NO OIL will be use in this recipe. Absolutely you will love it. Simple... Easy to find ingredients... and Cheat process!! hahaha...

Cheat process?? What I mean by cheat process?? I'm lazy to search for steamer. What I have is just a pan for this recipe. Can I cook this recipe with just a pan? Of course you can!! Just give a try and you will throw your steamer later... hahaha..

First, go and find your ingredients now.

1 Sea Bass fish
2 Lemongrass (1 chopped, 1 smash!!!)
2 garlic (smash it!!)
1 big onion (chopped)
3 cup water
1 cube chicken stock
1/2 squeezed lemon
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cornflour

Have you get all the ingredients? If yes lets start with the process ;D

First get your pan, yes pan, just pan ok.

Add water, chicken stock, garlic, and lemongrass.

Let it boiling.

Then add the cleaned and slit fish.

Continue add with the big onion, squeezed lemon, salt and sugar.

Then add on cornflour

Ok, now let boiling again until the fish complete cook.

Once ready you can transfer it in the plate and eat them!!! ngap ngap ngap!!!

Easy right? Just with the pan.. haha.. enjoy!!!!

Sambal Udang Petai Recipe

Have you ever cook a prawn with "Petai"? Have you know how Petai looks like? Petai is in green colour, and before we peel it, Petai looks like a green tongue. Green Tongue? Ok better you just imagine it, because if I show you the picture, I scare it will cut your appetite haha. Well, let me show you how the Petai looks like. 


This is PETAI!!! Doesn't it look like green tongue?

Before we start cook it, we should peel the seed in it, because we just it the seed and not the whole long of that. 


After peel the seed, this is how the actual Petai that we will cook. Doesn't it look so cute like button?

Ok, this is the recipe of Sambal Udang Petai!!!
20 Prawn
1 cup of Petai
1 Yellow Onion + 3 Garlic + Ginger (half of your thumb) - Blend them together
Blend Chili (1 scoop)
1/4 cup Water Tamarind
1/2 cup water
Oil
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt

How to cook???

First, pour oil for frying. Frying your blending yellow onion, garlic, and ginger until you can smell them.

Then, frying them together with Blend Chili. Fried fried fried until the chili change to DARK RED!!!

Before the chill get scorched, put the sugar, salt, water tamarind, and water.

Stir until it get thick

Last but not list throw your PRAWN and PETAI.

Ok guys!! now you are ready to eat the Sambal Udang Petai Recipe with your rice.

This is how my Sambal Udang Petai looks like, and I am ready to eat it.
